support themselves and their families. A central hub is located in Finchley providing space and support to many local businesses.

The Need

Old PBX system could not provide the flexibility to provide telecom services to multiple business on a single platform. No flexible overflow call routing options were available

The Solution

Prime Connects install a Hosted solution on Horizon. Each business has an individual site configured to own specific requirements. But it’s all managed on a single platform ensuring a smooth service and support. The Horizon platform also allows all changes to be done with a click of a button on the online platform
